What happens if you make changes to costs in the supplier database?
If you make a change to a cost in the supplier database and/or supplier product database, the change will only be made to a template itinerary, proposal and/or upcoming trip you create going forwards after having made change.
It won’t update any already created template itinerary, proposals or upcoming trips, (but in the 'Costs' section of the applicable card, it will say “Supplier values are different to what’s listed on this item”).


If you wanted to update a supplier product cost on an already created template itinerary, proposal and/or upcoming trip, you need to delete the supplier product card containing the previous costs and re-add the supplier product, which will bring in the new updated cost.
