Difference between 'Proposals' and 'Upcoming' trips

‘Proposals’ are proposed itineraries which have not yet been approved by your client.

'Proposals' are found in the 'Trips' section under the 'Proposals' tab.

'Proposals' which have been approved by your client are then regarded as ‘Upcoming’ trips.

'Upcoming' trips are found in the 'Trips' section under the 'Upcoming' tab.
