What are the differences between a template itinerary, template card and template card group?

There are three types of templates:

• template itineraries

• template cards

• template groups

The primary purpose of template itineraries and template cards is to save you time!

1. Template itineraries

Template itineraries are itineraries you can create, copy and then tailor for your clients.

Template itineraries are created and organised in the Templates section under the 'Itineraries' tab.

2. Template cards

What is a card?

A card is an item on the template or trip itinerary. There are five card categories:

• Travel

• Accommodation

• Activity

• Food

• Other

What is a template card?

Template cards are cards which you create, copy and add to itineraries.

Template cards are created and organised in the Templates section under the 'Cards' tab.

3. Template card group

If you wish to create a day consisting of multiple template cards, you can create a template card group. The template card group can be copied and added to itineraries.
