Approving a proposal on a client's behalf and sharing links

  1. In the 'Manage' section of the applicable (now) 'Upcoming' trip, click 'Share Trip.'

  2. In the 'Share Links' section, click the '>' icon next to the link named 'Proposal REVISION.'

  1. The 'Edit Share Link' section will open:

    1. Optional: Add a link expiry date.

    2. Turn on the 'Visible After Response' switch. Once the switch is turned on, the link will continue to be accessible to your client.

Please note, that the link you are sharing will only show the approved proposal and not further changes made after it was approved.

  1. Click the 'Update' button to save.

  2. Copy and paste the link shown.

  3. Share this proposal link with your client.

To share the most recent edits to the 'Upcoming' trip, a new share link will need to be created. To share a new link:

  1. In the 'Manage' section of the applicable (now) 'Upcoming' trip and click 'Share Trip.'

  2. In the 'Share Links' section, click '+ Create new Share Link.'

  1. Once in 'Create Share Link':

    1. In the 'Name' field type a share link name, for example 'Upcoming trip' (this name is visible to the agent only, not the client).

    2. Optional: Add a link expiry date.

    3. Turn on the 'Visible After Response' switch.

    4. Click the 'Create' button to save.

    5. A share link will now be appear in the 'Share Link' field. Click the copy icon next to the newly created share link to copy the new share link.

  1. Share the newly created share link with your client.

When the member views this newly created link it will include any changes you make to the 'upcoming' trip (ie. after the 'proposal' was approved).

If there are ‘Extra’ supplier products or itinerary cards with costs added to the ‘upcoming’ trip which require approval, until those ‘Extra(s)’ have been approved either by the client, or by you on their behalf, they will not show on the ‘upcoming' itinerary when the member clicks the ‘upcoming’ itinerary link.
