Deleting a form

To delete a form follow the steps below:

  1. Click in the 'Templates' section of your account.

  2. Click the 'Forms' tab.

  3. Click the applicable form

  4. At the top of your screen click 'Form'.

  5. Click the 'Delete Form' button.

  6. When the 'Are you sure?' question pops up (and you are sure you want to delete!), click 'Yes.'
